Adrian Delgado

President

Born and raised in Miami, Adrian is the first person in his family to have been born in the United States. He has worked on numerous projects for both private sector firms and nonprofits, he has gained experience working with budgeting, financial forecasting and banking. He also campaigned for numerous South Florida Democratic elected officials, such as Jose Javier Rodriguez and Annette Taddeo. A staunch Progressive, he is keenly aware of the importance of the political process for millions who struggle under an economic and political system that does not work for them. He plans to use his skills, values and experience to contribute to the MDYD’s mandate and cause.

Alina Pacheco

Executive Vice-President

Has been a dedicated member of MDYD for two years, including serving one term as Public Relations Director. Alina is a Cuban-American born and raised in Miami, Florida. She is a Florida State University graduate and currently works as the e-commerce manager of a manufacturing company in Miami. She is involved because she thinks it is important to contribute to a better future and did not like the direction that the current Trump administration was taking the country. She considers it her duty and responsibility to do her part to protect our way of life and our country.

Denisse Berrios

VP of Communications

Is an experienced Office Manager with a demonstrated history of working in community outreach programs, campaign field work as well as in the mental health care industry. Originally from Santiago, Chile, she arrived in Miami at 3 years old. She is skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, International/Political Affairs, Public Administration, Event Planning, HR, Conflict Resolution, Microsoft Office, Customer Service, Accounting, Marketing, Social Media Management, and Project Management. She's a graduate from Florida International University.

Stephanie Hernandez

VP of Finance

Stephanie is a Salvadoran-Peruvian lifelong Miami-Dade resident and a community organizer. She was born and raised in Miami and currently works with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) organizing adjunct Professors. Previously she worked on the Joe Biden campaign as Senior associate of voter protection to Miami and on the Bernie Sanders campaign in Iowa as a Hispanic constituency organizer. She's very excited to begin to get to work with the young democrats to flip Florida blue!
